I have been so exhausted lately. It may be the change of seasons and that whole 'fall back' in the hours so that now when I drive home from work it's pitch-black and I don't want to do anything else other than crash. But last night I went to bed at 9:00 after having slept in that morning until 7:30 or so (late for me) so it might be more. Will be going this week to have my thyroid tested (both underactive and overactive thyroids run in my family) to see if that's the culprit.17 November 2008

Oh no! I hope you get your energy back, hopefully your body is just adjusting to the time change (it really does stink to come home from work in the dark). Keep me posted!!
I know what you mean about the exhaustion - I've felt like such a slug lately! I'm blaming it on the time change, too - hopefully your thyroid is just dandy!
Sending you good vibes on the Thyroid front.
When I grew up my mom used to chop and freeze parsley in sandwich bags. It was always handy to sprinkle some green as a garnish on soups and didn't take a lot of space in the freezer.

are you feeling any better? what's the story?
I tried freezing basil once. I think I did it wrong, because it did not turn out well.
